Step into my office... and forget what you thought you knew about Human Resources (HR).  The best HR professionals have left the policy driven, judgmental, stuffy, paper pushing image behind, and have emerged as true people partners.  As people partners, we HR professionals are ready to discuss more than traditional HR topics.  We're ready to discuss and explore anything that influences (positively or negatively) business success.

My HR Guy embodies this mentality and showcases it by leading those conversations.  Through my website content, I want to share my experiences and observations with you, with the hopes of influencing how you either run your business, or manage your career.
